Our on-site physician and expert staff will guide you through the process to obtain your medical cannabis card registration via the Illinois Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program or the Opioid Alternative Program. We are dedicated to ensuring that all of our patients receive safe, legal access to the cannabis treatment they need as quickly as possible.
At your first appointment, our physician will evaluate your medical history and condition in order to determine your eligibility for the medical cannabis/opioid alternative programs. Upon approval, our staff will then assist you with your certification and online application to the state, free of charge. This process includes completion and submission of the application as well as the mandatory photo, which will be taken on-site the day of your appointment. When you have made your payment towards the state fee, your application can be sent off for processing.
